CONFERENCE OVERVIEW
Calgary Seniors' Resource Society is proud to be hosting the provincial
Seniors Services Conference in partnership with Alberta Seniors & Community Supports.
This two day conference is an opportunity for individuals to receive the latest information
about programs and services for seniors and to build networks with other seniors' service
providers.
Keynote speaker Maureen Osis is a family therapist from Calgary specializing in boomers
and their aging parents. Jeanne Desveaux from Halifax, Nova Scotia will speak on Elder
Abuse and the Law. Judy Atkinson from Circles of Rhythm will close the conference with an
interactive drumming session.
Other presentations include parenting your parent, geriatric mental health, provincial
programs for seniors and much more!
