The CSRS Board is a volunteer governance board and works closely with the Executive Director. 50% of the Board of Directors must be
55 years of age or older. The Board governs the
affairs and advises on the management of the Society.
The Board is responsible for hiring the Executive
Director to carry out the management functions.
