The ABCs of Fraud® program at CSRS will be ending in its present format as of June 30th 2007. The program based out of the Volunteer Centre of Toronto and hosted by CSRS in Alberta, has been an effective part of community education for a number of years. The program, effective immediately, will now be combined with the Speakers’ Bureau program of CSRS to streamline its effectiveness and delivery to groups and communities that request presentations.
Speakers’ Bureau is a program that provides presentations to the public, community groups, and seniors organizations about issues of concern to seniors. Topics range from planning and personal directives to pensions & benefits to concerns relating to fraud.
