Reporting to the Community Outreach Manager, the Seniors’ Outreach Worker provides outreach services to older adults living in the Calgary community. As a member of the North East Outreach Team, you will work with people in the North East and selected South East communities providing assessment, planning and implementation of interventions, making referrals and evaluating outcomes.
